MFFM Pitch algorithm

This algorithm models the Lateral OlivoCochlear efferent and inner hair cell 
afferent neural crossover. Please refer to the included paper and PPT 
presentation for more information.

REQUIREMENTS :
This software is tested with the octave 4GL math language get it today from
http://www.octave.org
It is quite possible that it works with Matlab as well, but is untested.

The copyright ensures GPL development.
For commercialization, a LGPL version of this code is available in C/C++.
